Directions:
3-4 lb pork roast
1 seasoning rub mix
Apply seasoning rub mix over the entire roast. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to cooking. Cook at least 325 degrees in a preheated oven. Allow 35 minutes per pound. Meat should be at 170 degrees when using a meat thermometer.
