Directions:
1 skinless or whole chicken
1 seasoning rub mix
Apply rub mix all over entire chicken. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. Put whole chicken on rotisserie or in oven at 350 degrees. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
